"Highly absorbable" without specifying the form: This is a vague claim. Absorbable compared to what? If the form is still oxide, the bar is low. Look for the actual form name, not just the adjective.
"Natural" magnesium: All magnesium is elemental. There is no meaningful distinction between "natural" and "synthetic" magnesium at the mineral level. This is marketing language.

Imagine you are evaluating two magnesium products side by side.

Product A appears stronger at 300 mg elemental per capsule. But at ~4% absorption (oxide), it delivers roughly 12 mg of magnesium to the body. Product B shows only 56 mg elemental per capsule, but at ~80% absorption (bisglycinate chelate), it delivers roughly 45 mg per capsule, or about 90 mg per full serving. Product A delivers 12 mg per day. Product B delivers 90 mg per serving, and you could take multiple servings.
